• Further consultations during the first three months up to four hours (up to six hours in the first six months for paediatrics).
• Upgrade and trade in of hearing aid technology package (available after two years).
• Maintenance pack with starter battery supply.
• Free annual reviews for the life of the hearing aid.
• Five days a week contact for general advice & appointments.
• Out of hours helpline telephone numbers to Robert and Catherene.
• Supplies available by phone or email and special delivery or courier if required.
• Walk in service available for minor repairs and servicing.
• Priority booking of appointments to fully registered clients.
• Audiologist of your choice - you will not see a different person each time!

Manufacturer's Warranty

All hearing aids come with a minimum two year manufacturer's warranty, and some with a five year manufacturer's warranty.
